Return Policy
Our goal is your complete and total satisfaction with your purchase from SRS Systems Inc. To that end we have a simple return policy on all goods and services that are purchased from us. Should any of our products be defective, they will be handled under our warranty terms and are excluded from our return policy. Please contact us at any time if you have any questions concerning our return policy.
When You Receive Your Merchandise:
Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage or problems. In order to serve you better we request that you also inspect ALL of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them.
Equipment Returns
Hold on to the original boxes.
We will only accept a return if items are returned in the original boxes that your product was delivered in. In order to keep our prices low, we do charge a 25% return fee and, of course, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges. Returning used products, of course, cannot be allowed. Please contact us if you wish to return products (must be brand new, in perfect condition, and never used), and we will give you an “RGA” number and instructions on how and where to ship. All product returns must be authorized within 7 days of product receipt.
Supply Returns
Any returns of unopened supplies are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Supplies that have been opened are non-returnable. All supply returns must be authorized within 7 days of supply receipt. Please call 1-800-875-6565 with any questions.
